I introduced ‘Smelly Melly and Stinky Stu’ to the world during the pandemic lock down. My inspiration is the children in my life (my nieces, nephews and sons) and I wanted to write about things that matter, so my stories are written and delivered in a fun way about naughty twins that are always on a learning journey.
Volume 1
‘Smelly Melly
and Stinky Stu’
Twins Mel and Stu get naughtier as they grow, being horrible to children at school soon earns the twins the nicknames ‘Smelly Melly’ and ‘Stinky Stu’, when no one turns up to their seventh birthday party Mel and Stu soon realise they have to change their behaviour towards the other children to make friends

Naughty twins Smelly Melly and Stinky Stu get technology gifts for their birthday, Stu gets grumpy and rude when spending too much time on his computer, the twins grow apart so mum gets them to spend time together off of technology.
As the twins start to behave mum treats them to another gift but this one comes with big responsibility.
A humorous story that will have children giggling through story time with an underlying message about the use of technology, relationships and responsibility.

Third Smelly Melly & Stinky Stu adventure is coming soon: Follow Stu through his ill health and Type 1 Diabetes diagnosis journey, all author proceeds throughout 2025 for this book will be going to charity to support care given to children in the UK who are diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes – further information coming soon.
